Tile, mosaic and stone are judged beyond the sample—by tone, format, texture, variation and the atmosphere each will create across the full surface.
Spatial composition
Scale, rhythm, contrast, feature placement and the relationship between surfaces are considered as one composition.
Visible resolution
Set-out priorities, grout lines, edges, transitions and junctions are addressed before they become compromises on site.
